Нереална слика о стању српских светиња на Косову и Метохији

Обраћање министра Јеремића на 181. пленарном заседању Извршног савета Унеска у Паризу, има констатације које се у потпуности могу подржати, као што је оцена да је „очување угроженог наслеђа на Косову и Метохији национални приоритет“ (што се, на жалост, завршава само на изјави). Или, да је на Косову и Метохији на делу „опасна игра креирања идентитета“, у покушају да се српске светиње прогласе за „наслеђе косовских Албанаца“, те и позив упућен међународној заједници и посебно Унеску, да у том погледу „не смеју бити пасивни“.
Реакција министра да је „скандалозан и нечувен покушај замене културног идентитета“ (покушај да се у годишњем Извештају Комитета за културну баштину Унеска угрожене српске цркве «подведу под средњевековно наслеђе Косова“), реална је оцена односа међународне заједнице према нашим црквама на Косову и Метохији. Епархија рашко-призренска, међутим, више пута је указивала да се ради о скандалозном и нечувеном чину, али, скандалозније је да до данас по том питању није било реакције државе Србије, имајући у виду да су 2006. године, уписом на Унескову Листу светске баштине, српске цркве постале само „средњевековни споменици на Косову“. Позивамо министра да користећи могућности и овлашћења Србије као државе чланице Унеска, ово скандалозно чињење (започето уписом српских светиња на Листу), буде осујећено изменом уписа управо онако како је Србија навела у номинационом досијеу – „српски средњевековни споменици на Косову и Метохији“, јер како наводи министар „то нису никакве светиње Косова, него светиње СПЦ“.

Истовремено, исто обраћање садржи и ставове на које Епархија рашко-призренска мора реаговати, јер стварају нереалну слику о стању српских светиња на Косову и Метохији.
То је захвалност коју је министар Јеремић учинио Унеску и земљама донаторима које су „помогле да се очува и обнови српско наслеђе на Косову“. Питамо, шта је очувано и обновљено од стране Унеска и тих донатора? Чак и министар наводи да је коначни споразум о обнови постигнут пре месец дана. Готово су апсурдни изрази захвалности Унеску, када је познато да присуство Унеска на КиМ већ пет година нема никаквог резултата.

Министар показује неупућеност и када је у питању обнова српских светиња на Косову и Метохији (Меморандум), чиме на неки начин преузима улогу арбитра између тенденције да се створи слика о обнови, и чврсте аргументације да таква обнова, осим што представља даљу девастацију српског наслеђа, доприноси и одржавању безакоња насталог једностраним проглашењем независности.

Za Vaskrs je bilo lepo i mirisljavo.

Sumadija obukla zeleno odelo, a jorgovan procvetao i mirise. Na Kopaoniku je bilo malo snega, a ispod njega u Brzecu bistra reka Grasevka i pastrmke pored brvnare. Suncao sam oci i lice, i peglao zivce. Rakija hladna, makar u casici, jer lekar mi je rekao samo jednu, a nikako casu po casu...
Selo Ples kod Aleksandrovca ima divan manastir i staru kucu sa ribnjakom Salus, u kome se neguju pastrmke, domace kokoske, jaja i cvece. Tu reka Rasina pravi valove i vodopade, pa ljudi sa svih krajeva sveta dolaze da se odmore i uzivaju.
Preko Goca, 22 km dalje u Vrnjackoj banji je bilo mnogo naroda. Parkovi su sredjeni, baste ulepsane. Navalili turisti, ali i prosjaci i dzeparosi. Neko se odmara, a neko mora da radi, kazu Cigani.
Posetio sam porodicu Ristic, sa 11 dece. Imali su vaskrsnji dorucak sa 60 ukrasenih jaja, jer samo ujutro su svi zajedno za stolom. A potom dece idu napolje da se igraju. U iznajmljenom stanu su samo majka Jasna, otac Nebojsa i tek rodjena beba Ivona. Oni zive sa 500 evra mesecno tj. od njegove plate 30.000, decijeg dodatka, ali samo za 4 dece – 6.500 i ostalo ako naidje.
Drzava se ogresila o ovu porodicu koja je podebila belu kugu, jer joj ne pomaze. Vise dobijaju Cigani iz Rumunije, koji osvoje neki beogradski trotoar i park, nego nasi Srbi koji radjaju decu iz ljubavi.
Tucao sam, ali polovicno, jer sam osvajao tek svako trece jaje. Moja jaja beogradska nisu bila dovoljno tvrda...

Да ли знате да је од Слободана МИЛОШЕВИЋА јавно, писмено, један појединац тражио још у суботу 16. марта 1991. године да поднесе оставку на функцију председника Републике Србије?
Да ли знате да је Удружење књижевника Србије отворило у недељу 17. марта 1991. године потписивање петиције Слободану МИЛОШЕВИЋУ да поднесе оставку на функцију председника Републике Србије?
Да ли знате да је ту петицију било потписало око 20 000 (двадесет хиљада) људи?
Да ли знате да ту петицију није подржала ни једна политичка странка (чиме су све опозиционе странке тог доба стекле да заслужено носе назив: „Милошевићева опозииција“)?
Да ли знате да је у оквиру омладинских захтева из омладинског протеста 10. – 13. марта 1991. године био захтев за смењивање једног министра?
Да ли знате да у оквиру тих омладинских захтева, као и у иступањима омладине у току тог протеста, није био захтев за смену Слободана МИЛОШЕВИЋА?
Да ли знате да је др Зоран ЂИНЂИЋ око 9:30 сати у среду 13. марта 1991. године дошао међу малобројну омладину око Чесме на Теразијама и покушавао око пола сата да их убеди да одлуче да се протест прекине, што они нису прихватили?
Да ли знате да је др Зоран ЂИНЂИЋ око 01:30 сати у четвртак (ујутро, после поноћи) 14. марта 1991. године изашао на бину пред десетине хиљада људи и покушавао да узме микрофон од водитеља, који је то одбијао знајући за ЂИНЂИЋев покушај претходног јутра, и да је др ЂИНЂИЋ јурио неколико минута водитеља по бини док није успео насилно да му узме микрофон?
Да ли знате да је потом др Зоран ЂИНЂИЋ обећао да опозиција гарантује да ће бити испуњени и сви преостали неиспуњени захтеви омладине и да је тако убедио присутне да прихвате да се прекине протест?
Да ли знате да је од Слободана МИЛОШЕВИЋА тражено, писмено и јавно, и у јесен 1992. године, и у јесен 1993. године да поднесе оставку због кршења Устава?
Ово сам Вам све написао као очевидац и сведок.
Не могу да пишем о тромесечном протесту из 1996./1997. године јер тада нисам био у Србији.
Да ли знате да је Слободану МИЛОШЕВИЋУ био упућен апел да поднесе оставку у октобру 1998.?
Да ли знате да је Слободану МИЛОШЕВИЋУ било писмено јавно предложено да поднесе оставку у априлу 1999 године и да сву власт, у току НАТО агресије, преузме Војска СРЈ?
И пошто је Слободан МИЛОШЕВИЋ све те предлоге одбио, да ли знате да је 5. маја 2000. године Скупштини СРЈ био поднет захтев да смени Слободана МИЛОШЕВИЋА с функције и положаја председника СРЈ?
Сви ти предлози и захтеви за оставку Слободана МИЛОШЕВИЋА су били подношени због његовог кршења Устава. Да ли то знате?
Ви се вероватно сећате да је Слободан МИЛОШЕВИЋ био одбијао и да прихвати резултат председничких избора из септембра 2000. године?
Ваљда се сећате да се тада дигао народ Србије и да је ситуацију разрешио Уставни суд према Уставу и резултату избора?
Ако се не сећате, подсећам Вас на све то.
И ево сада, Србија је под Вама у још лошијој ситуацији: Ви кршите Устав драстичније од Слободана МИЛОШЕВИЋА, на очиглед домаће и стране јавности. Ради подсећања у Референцама су наведени дописи у којима су Вам упућиване молбе да поднесете оставку, а која се налази на Интернету:

Ви се о све то оглушавате.
Ви, као и Слободан МИЛОШЕВИЋ, видите да је омладина суздржана да од Вас тражи оставку, већ тражи смењивање министра (погледајте доњи допис Србског сабора двери). Ви знате да испуњење тог захтева ништа неће да промени јер и после тога Ви остајете председник Републике Србије, као што је и Слободан МИЛОШЕВИЋ био остао Председник.
За разлику од председниковања Слободана МИЛОШЕВИЋА, под ким је Уставни суд имао моралне снаге и уставног ауторитета да одлучи по Уставу, садашњи Уставни суд је немоћан да делује по Уставу по питању Ваших кршења Устава и по питању предлога да се забрани рад Демократској странци, чији сте Ви противуставни председник, због Ваших и њених кршења Устава и противуставног подчињавања власти и функције председника Републике Вама и тој политичкој странци.
Имајући у виду све изложено, апатију у народу, неспособност опозиционих странака, пасивност Уставног суда, мени изгледа да сте Ви уверени да би испуњење доњег захтева за смену министра смирило народ, и да имате довољно искуства из судбине Слободана МИЛОШЕВИЋА, те да можете и даље да неуставно и противуставно будете председник Републике Србије. Ако је овај утисак тачан, онда Ви заслужујете честитке на веома успешном постепеном стављању Републике Србије под Вашу диктатуру.
Изражавам Вам своју жељу да добијете од држављана Републике Србије, тј. од Републике Србије, све оно, онако и онолико, што сте, како и колико заслужили.

То, име Луке Вукаловића,
На понос служи народа свога.
Немаше мирнога сна ни јаве,
Слободе залог српске су главе.
Поносна јесте на свога сина,
Поносна јесте Херцеговина.
Турци се плаше, Турци се брину.
Он ослобађа Херцеговину.
Помоћ да би пала турска сила,
Има црногорског кнез данила.
И Русима Срби веру дају.
Руси због свог јада посустају.
Србија брине о своме роду.
Ал слабу помоћ шаље народу.
Доста је турског зулума, доста!
На свом огњишту, ретко ко оста.
Срби се селе, беже од злобе.
Пиште од велике турске глобе.
Србија тајно помоћ им шаље.
Не може више, и не сме даље.
Србин тада из Херцеговине,
За слободу свога рода брине.
За слободу спреман да погине.
Турци желе да се реше муке.
Сви се боје Вукаловић Луке.
А из краја, Врусиње и Зупци?
Од Срба се од тих боје Турци.
Србима је доста турске глобе.
Лука Србе води до слободе.
Вукаловић лука, злато наше!
Сви се Турци, од Луке се плаше.
Лука Вукаловић име живи.
Свет се јунаштву његовом диви.
Ни Турци нису, нису то крили.
Да су се Луки, они дивили.

2003. године, представила сам се директору фирме за производњу и промет бушилица из Требиња у Београду, да сам песник. Дао ми је позамашну литературу да проучим и да спевам песму у десетерцу.
За мене је то била част. Радосно сам приступила изучавању и препевавању. Кад сам песму завршила, литературу и песму предала сам наручиоцу. Зашто му је то требало, да ли му је уопште требало, ја не знам.
Сматрам да је Лука Вукаловић заслужио много више од једне песме.

A. AUTHORITY: The National Security Act of 1947, as amended ; Executive Order
12333, as amended ; and other applicable provisions of law .
B. APPLICABILITY: This Intelligence Community Policy Guidance (ICPG) applies
to the Intelligence Community (IC), as defined by the National Security Act of 1947, as
amended; and other departments or agencies that may be designated by the President, or
designated jointly by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and the head of the
department or agency concerned, as an element of the IC .
C. REFERENCES: Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 (formerly ICD 105),
Acquisition, dated 15 August 2006 ; ICPG 801 .1 (formerly ICPG 105 .1), Acquisition,
dated 12 July 2007 ; and the Federal Acquisition Regulation .
D. PURPOSE: This document provides policy guidance for executing IC contracting
and procurement activities to assist the Office of the Director of National Intelligence
(ODNI) in ensuring the effective execution of the annual budget for intelligence and
intelligence related activities by elements of the IC .
E. IC CONTRACTING AND PROCUREMENT GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Contracting and procurement activities executed by the IC shall support mission
activities and permit the ODNI to monitor the implementation and execution of National
Intelligence Program (NIP) funds by elements of the IC . In furtherance of the effective
execution of the NIP, IC components, in implementing their statutory authority to carry
out their contracting and procurement missions and functions, should place special
emphasis on contracting and procurement processes that :
1. Result in contracts that deliver quality goods, services, and systems that respond to
intelligence needs in a timely manner .
2. Protect and enable the national security mission by using appropriate operational
security in contracting and procurement activities .
3. Address adversary threats to specific IC procurements and to the IC's supply chain
through the use of comprehensive IC acquisition risk mitigation strategies . Adversary
threat assessments and methodologies should be used as appropriate in IC procurement
decisions .
4. Are responsive and streamlined to perform as effectively and efficiently as
possible within the needed timelines .
5. To the maximum extent practicable, seek to employ competition as a means to
secure an advantage to the Government in enabling the effective execution of the
intelligence mission .
6. Maximize the use of commercial products, and leverage the technical expertise of
the Government, industry and academia .
7. Support a flexible acquisition environment that facilitates rapid exploitation of
emerging technologies and innovation within industry .
8. Facilitate IC-wide strategic sourcing of commodities, services, and technology .
9. Objectively assess IC contract and procurement integrated cost, schedule and
technical performance through the use of proven methodologies such as Earned Value
Management.
10. Consider, as appropriate, use of IC grants and cooperative agreements to advance
long-term strategic IC objectives and to identify emerging sources for advanced
technology-based capabilities .
11. Support the development and retention of trained, certified, and experienced
contracting and procurement personnel to support IC needs .
F. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. DNI Procurement Executive (PE) : The Deputy DNI for Acquisition (DDNI/AQ)
exercises the authorities of the DNI with respect to IC acquisitions . In accordance with
the above authorities and references, the DNI PE shall support the DDNI/AQ and
Assistant Deputy DNI Senior Acquisition Executive by monitoring and evaluating
contracting and procurement functions throughout the IC to ensure the effective
execution of NIP funds by elements of the IC . The DNI PE is responsible for :
a. Coordinating with other offices within the ODNI, and with executing IC
elements, to facilitate the effective execution of NIP funded procurements .
b . Evaluating IC element contracting and procurement activities, to include
contract execution data, for the purpose of providing recommendations to appropriate
ODNI officials when such activities are not achieving the contracting and procurement

c. Developing expectations for and promoting understanding of contracting and
procurement policies, procedures and best practices within the IC .
d. Chairing the Intelligence Community Procurement Executive Council (IPEC) .
e. Representing the IC on contracting and procurement matters to external
entities, coordinating with affected IC elements, as appropriate .
2. IPEC responsibilities include the following:
a. The IPEC is a forum comprised of the Senior Procurement Executives, or
equivalent officers, from each IC component, and advisors from appropriate ODNI
components as needed . The IPEC acts as the IC's senior advisory forum on contracting
and procurement issues . The role of the IPEC is to identify contracting and procurement
challenges, recommend contracting and procurement process improvements, and foster
the integration of government and industry best practices into the IC . The IPEC shall
provide its recommendations to the DNI PE .
b. Leveraging the unique mission and procurement expertise of IC components,
the IPEC shall have a Community focus and shall work to identify and recommend
collaborative solutions to common challenges and focus areas, including but not limited
to : strategic sourcing, procurement metrics, contracting and procurement workforce
planning and training, IC contracting and procurement workforce trends, international
contracting, and objective contract assessment methodologies .
c. In addition, the DNI PE and IPEC, within the framework of IC policy and
inter-departmental agreements, and when requested by the executing IC components,
shall assist in streamlining processes to deal with issues arising from dual IC and
Departmental procurement authorities .
G. CONTRACTING AND PROCUREMENT INFORMATION
Elements of the IC shall provide procurement and contracting data to the ODNI to enable
the DNI PE to assist the DNI in ensuring the effective execution of the annual budget for
intelligence and intelligence-related activities, and other information required for the
performance of the Director's duties.
H. EFFECTIVE DATE : This ICPG is effective on the date of signature .

A. AUTHORITY: e National Security Act of 1947, as amended; Executive Order (EO) 12333, as amended; and other applicable provisions of Jaw.
B. PURPOS : This capstone Intelligence Communit. (Ie) irective (ICD) establishes the framework for the lotelligence Community Strategic Enterp ise Management system (lC-SEM). This framework enables the Ie to participate in a process under the leadership of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) to develop, communica.te, implement and manage strategy, plans, programs, and performance-based budgets [or the National Intelligence Program (NIP). This ICD will also help the Df carry out the DNrs responsibilities and a lhorities regarding participation in developing the Mirtary Intelligence Program (MIP), Lo include associated activities within each function described j rein. This TeO delineates the IC-SEM authorities and responsibilities of the DNJ., officials in the Office of the Djr~ctor of National Intelligence (ODNI), and other officials within the Ie. This lCD is designed to compleme lieD 104, Budgeting for Intelligence Programs; I D 801, Acquisition; ICD 900, Mission Management; and EO 13450, Improving Government Program Perfor 1aTICC. This ICDscinds Director of Central Intelligence Directive 1/10. Missions uirements Board, I October 2001.
C. PLICA ILITY: This directive applies to the IC, as defined by the National Security Act of 1947, as amended; and other departments or agencies that may be designated by the President, or designated jointly by the DNl and the head of the depc.utment or agency concerned, as an element of the Ie.
D. PO CY:
1. IC-SEM provides a predictable, transparent, and repeatable end-to-end process to coUect and prioritize needs in the context of the strategic objectives of the DNI and the Ie, to match prioritized needs with resources, and to produce perfor ance-based budget proposals. As such, IC-SEM improves the pace, quality, and impact of NIP planning, programming, and budgeting lCD 106
decisions. The process is designed to produce effective, efficient, and affordable capabilities for the NiP that meet future threats, perform emerging mis, 10ns, satisfy the needs of intelligence users, and enable Ie activities across all phases of the budget cycle. From end to end, the NIP Program Managers a d the entire IC leadership will be integral partners in the IC-SEM effort.
Thc IC-SEM process consists of three core functions: Planning, Programming, and BUdgeting. These functions are interdependent; each function is informed and guided by the products and decisions produced by the other two functions.
Execution is a critical function that occurs alongside IC-SEM's core functions. Execution-year activities conducted by IC elements are actively managed through tools (e.g., implementation plans, performance reports) that produce the data a .d insight necessary to conduct IC program, performance, and budget reviews.
Each IC-SE t function shall operate in the context of the goals, objectives, and performance criteria established in the National Intelligence Strategy (NIS). In addition, each rC-SEM function shall use performance management activities that provide critical data and feedback to inform decision-making. Performance measures ihaL suit eacb function's scope and primary activities shaH be developed and used. Examples of performance measures include critical success factors, key performance indicators, and mission outcomes. All IC-SEM performance management activities will be in accordallce with the roles of the DNI and Le Performance Improvement Officer (PID) as described in EO 13450.
A senior ODNI official oversees each core IC-SEM unction by serving as the chair of a corresponding committee. The chairs of the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting committees assign responsibility for that function's primary activities.
a. Planning includes the following primary activities:
(1) Analyzing long-term trends and alternative future chall'enges, assessing their implications for future missions and capabilities, and identifying potential future concepts for the
IC;
(2) Soliciting, validating, and approving needs from IC elements and a wide array of intelligence customers;
(3) Identifying gaps and .:h rtfalls in addressing mission, capability, and entetprise needs; meeting lh D ['s vision and strategy; and preparing for possible altemative future security environments;
(4) Prioritizing needs and identifying, at the strategic level, priority planning areas and areas for furtber review; and,
(5) Producing an intelligence planning guidance document that establishes IC priorities for the program build, and distributing the guidance before the fourth qnarter of each fiscal year, for the 5-or 6-year period beginning two fiscal years hence.
b. Programming includes the following primary activities:
(1) Translating the intelligence planning guidance document into specific capabllity outcomes that the IC must achieve;
(2) Applying appropriate frameworks, activities, tools, and techniques to perform capability-based and outcome-oriented assessments and evaluations;

(3) Identifying key capability gaps and shortfalls, duplicative capabilities, and potential tradeoffs between and among capability choices;
(4) Assessing alternative capability choices to meet identified needs, to include analyses of interdependencies and inten"e!ationships among cunent and future programs and systems across the IFI. and, where appropriate, the MTP;
(5) Facilitating development of capability approaches and solution sets within which Nil' Portfolio Managers conceive and develop options;
(6) Supportirng the development of repeatable analytic processes to facilitate intraportfolio and inter-portfolio analysis;
(7) Producing an intelligence capability programming guidance document to be distributed during the first quarter of each fiscal year, for the 5-or 6-ycar period beginning two fiscal years hence;
(8) identifying and analyzing key issues associated with the capability programming guidance, and with the assistance of th N Portfolio Manager(s), develop an initial set of materiel and non-materiel solution alternatives;
(9) Overseeing the development of and documenting requirements that are used in the acquisition process and other IC-SEM related activities;
(J 0) Coordinating with departments that have N P components to approve requirements that serve national and departmental customers;
(11) Developing performance requirements for acquiring, operating, and manning and supporting new systems, to include key performance parameters, schedule, and cost; and,
(12) Identifying new major acquisition needs and forwarding them to the IRB for consideration.
c. Budgeting shall include the following activities, consistent with and complementary to lCO 104, Budgeting for Intelligence Programs:
(l) Producing draft DN! fiscal guidance in the second quarter of the fiscal year, for the 5-or 6-year period beginn"ng two fiscal years he ce;
(2) Reviewing NIP Pr gram Manager budget, ubmissions to ensure that budgets are fully executable and com ly with intelligence planning guidance, capability prograrruning guidance, Intelligence Pl'ogram Budget Submissions ( BS) Procedural Guidance, and ONl Fiscal Guidance;
(3) Recommending adjustments to the IPB to ensure an integrated and executable NIP performance budget. Recommendations can also be made in consultation with affected IC elements within non-NIP intelligence and intelligence related budgets;
(4) Documenting ONl ecisions for inclusion in th NIP budget fequest that will ultimately be incorporated into the President's annual budget req est;
(5) Incorporating all DNT-ap roved funding decisions in a final (i.e., "closed") NIP performance budget for incorporation into the President's annual budget request for the following fiscal year; meeting the statutory deadline for submission by the first Monday in February;
(6) Executing quart-rly budget and performance reviews of programs, including Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs), to inform activities across the IC-SEM functions;

(7) Idclltifying issues to bc adjudicated by the Intelligence Resources Board (IRB) during the year of execution that require the attcntion and/or dccision of the DNI and/or Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligencc (PDDNI), in consultation with the Executive Committee (EXCOM) and/or the Deputy's Executive Committee (1 EXCOM), rcspectively, as appropriate; and,
(8) Reviewing key performance measures ha,r;;ed on execution data to refine statements of desired outcomes and inform consideration of investment options.

1. Governance:
a. The [ 1as final authority to approve all IC-SEM decisions and products. Th DNI may solicit comments and alternative perspectives from e EXCOM to support the DNl's decision-making. As appropriate, the ONI may authoriz the PDDN11 approve IC-SEM products and decisions.
b. The rC-SEM shall employ three committees to d velop the products of each core function. The Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Policy, Plans, and Requirements (DDNIIPPR), or designee, shan chair th Planning Committee. The Deputy Director of National JnteHigence for Future Capabilities ( DN / C), or designee, shall hair the Programming Committee. The Associate Director of National Intelligence and Chief Financial Officer (ADNIICFO), or designee, shall c air the Budgeting Committ e. The chairs of each committee shall assign responsibility, monito progress, and provide guidance for the relevant activities listed in Section D. Seniority of Ie representatives shall he commcnsurate with a body chaired by a DDNI or his/her designee.

Дана 26. Марта 2009. Године, у крипти цркве светога Марка у Београду мр Гордана Марковић одржала је предавање са темом „Косово и Метохија, 403 дана после“, као наставак предавања „Косово и Метохија, 32 дана после“ одржаног на истом месту 20. Марта 2008. Године.

Приказан је преглед догађаја везаних за српску баштину на Косову и Метохији у протеклих дванаест месеци, тј. у 403 дана од проглашења тзв. Независности дела српске територије (17. Фебруар 2008).
Указано је на наставак насртаја на српско културно наслеђе (изградња парка на простору цркве Свете Тројице у Ђаковици и друго), на издања Епархије рашко –призренске у сарадњи са министарствима (Неодржива обнова, Шиптарски геноцид над Србима у 20. Веку), на почетак обнове цркве свете Петке у Дрснику у сарадњи са Републиком Белорусијом и Академијом СПЦ за уметност и консервацију, о новим светињама у Епархији (освештан храм Преображења Господњег у Прилужју и освештано земљиште за изградњу манастира Свети кнез Лазар – Видовдан код Лепосавића), цитирани су ставови међународних представника и представника нелегалних институција на Косову и Метохији са састанака о заштити културне баштине.
Посебно су дати наводи из интервјуа Епископа Г. Артемија, из беседа приликом монашења, са сећањем на манастир Црну Реку, коментарисан је одржив модел обнове српских светиња на Косову и Метохији у контексту изградње храмова, као својеврсне Теодулије која се у српском народу преноси вековима.

Предавању је присуствовао Његово Преосвештенство Епископ рашко-призренски и косовско-метохијски Г. Артемије.
